Paprika is one of the most widely used spices around the world. I had the opportunity to review hot smoked and sweet smoked spanish paprika powder. I never have used paprika before much less these. I didn't know what to put it on or what kind of dishes I could use it with. I was really surprised at how you could use it.
I fixed a few different recipes with both of these spices. I fixed a hot smoked paprika chicken and it was wonderful. I also fixed some sweet smoked potatos wedges. Mmmmmm so good. I just never knew what a change this would make to any meal.
