I thought at first I was not going to like this shampoo. I have long hair and this shampoo doesn't lather up like other shampoos. I washed my hair and used the conditioner also. I had no problem with combing my hair out. When I dried it I could see that my hair looked somewhat better. I then used a flat iron and I was really please at the outcome of how my hair looked.
