I received a small sample to review. When I received it, it came in a envelope with a card and the instructions in it. The sample size was about size of a half stick of gum. The instructions read to use a needle to put a hole in the sample because I didn't need a lot to show the effects of the cream. I have really bad wrinkles around my mouth. So I thought I would try it on that. A little goes a long ways. So I washed my face and took a small amount and put on my wrinkles. I can't really say that I see a difference as of now. I love the smell and hopefully with a full size bottle I would see a improvement. My skin does feel smoother but that is all I can tell that it has done. I have been having problems with my lower back for years and have suffered and hurt for a long time. I was very anxious to try this in hopes that it would give me some releaf without hanging to take something for it. The machine is very small and very easy to apply and use.
