These gloves work really well. I had the opportunity to receive a pair for review. They are thick to keep your hands warm while texting or just being out in the cold. The tips are just the right texture to be able to type on your smartphones. They are stretchy and will stretch to fit most any hands. I had no problem texting. All About Paprika: Sweet vs. Hot vs. Smoked

Paprika is one of the most widely used spices around the world. A dried powder made from bell peppers or chili peppers, it is commonly used in Hungarian, African, and Spanish cuisines for its color and flavor and has made its way west as a staple, everyday ingredient. So, what’s the difference between regular, Hungarian, sweet, hot, Spanish, and smoked paprika? Here’s the answer:

• “Regular” paprika is the most commonly found and is a blend of sweet and hot varieties and has a relatively neutral flavor. It’s great for adding color to your dishes or as a garnish.

• Sweet paprika (commonly labeled as Hungarian sweet paprika) has a rich, fruity flavor like a red bell pepper with no heat. It’s great as an all-around paprika and more interesting than the regular stuff.

• Hot paprika is made from dried chili peppers and will be more similar to cayenne, but less spicy.

• Spanish smoked paprika (sometimes labeled as Pimenton de la Vera) is made from dried chilis that are smoked over oak giving the spice a woodsy, smokey flavor that is great for stews and roast meats. It can be sweet or hot.

The most important thing when choosing paprika is to think about how you’re going to use it in a recipe and the flavor you want to create. Just need a punch of color? Use regular or sweet. Want a little spice? Grab the hot stuff. Going for an earthy flavor? Try smoked paprika. If you have several on hand, blend them together to achieve just the right mix.

I had the opportunity to review hot smoked and sweet smoked spanish paprika powder. I never have used paprika before much less these. I didn't know what to put it on or what kind of dishes I could use it with. I was really surprised at how you could use it. 

I fixed a few different recipes with both of these spices. I fixed a hot smoked paprika chicken and it was wonderful. I also fixed some sweet smoked potatos wedges. Mmmmmm so good. I just never knew what a change this would make to any meal.

These spices taste so good. The taste of these spices are just what they say. Hot smoked and sweet smoked. They have a rich flavor and  give any dish the just the right taste. I would recommend these spices to anyone. Sample received for an honest and unbiased review.

I would say that this is a little on the cheaper made side. When I first got it I wasn't impressed with the quality of the product. I put 3 D batteries in it and had no problem closing it. The light came on and I was impressed by how bright the light was. This light would be great for camping or just to keep in the house for when the power goes out.
