This bag is beautiful. When I received it I was truly amazed at the workmanship that was put into it to make such a beautiful beach bag. I would use it for other things beside a beach bag. This bag is really big. It is big enough to carry an 8 pound dog in it and he would be very comfortable. The bag has a liner that can be closed up to protect the items that you have in the bag. The colors are very rich. A dark brown and a light cream color. I just can't say enough about how beautiful this bag really is. The pictures just don't do it justice. I would recommend this beach bag. Sample received for an honest and unbiased review.

I measure the width at the top of the bag.
My bags are reinforced with leather at stress points, the inside zipper is a terrific addition and I'm excited that I put it inside.
The handles are longer than other beach bags so this bag can be worn on your shoulder.
The bottom is reinforced with sisal and raffia.
I've carried up to 20 pounds of birdseed in my bag, although unless you are very strong, I wouldn't recommend it :)
